Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the below biopharma Laboratory equipment. This competition is divided into 3 lots. Please note that suppliers can tender for individual or multiple lots Lot 1 Single use Bioreactor System TU Dublin Tallaght wishes to procure the supply, delivery and installation of a Stirred Tank Single use Bioreactor with Control Tower. The Single use Culture vessel is supplied with single use pH and Oxygen sensors, these are connected to the control tower via a connection box. The control tower measures and controls the Bioreactor. Lot 2 – Digital Microscope TU Dublin, Tallaght wishes to procure the supply, delivery and installation of a stand-alone, compact Digital Microscope capable of a range of applications to allow the sharing of knowledge efficiently. The digital microscope package should have a system that’s compatible with Images captured being shared via systems such as WebEx or Microsoft Teams. The main functionality requirements are a state-of-the-art instrument that is easy to use and requires minimal maintenance but specifics are outlined in more detail in the body of the document. Lot 3 – Multifunctional Laboratory equipment that must Granulate, Extrude and Spheronise Granulation involves agglomeration of various sized particles into larger granules, with varying particle size ranges depending on their end use. The pharmaceutical industry takes this granulate and manufactures it into pellet form by a process of extrusion and spheronisation. Quick and efficient use of the machine and its applications is essential in our environment where laboratory space and turnaround times are at a premium. Applications on its uses should be in the area but not limited to, Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, Agriculture, foods and cosmetics.
