Tender description

Trowbridge Town Council requires a M&E Design Consultant who specialises in the design in HVAC systems to review the system at Trowbridge Civic Centre with a view to provide specification to contract works. The current ASHP is non-operational, its current design has been been difficult to maintain, has not been fit for purpose and requires review before procuring replacement works. The town council requires the consultant to review the current system, their fee should include all charges related to reviewing existing drawings, site visits, staff and customer feedback, providing a recommendation, designs, drawings and scope of works for tendering such works. To also include support through the project of replacement works until commissioned.
