The Scottish Government require a Service Provider to deliver a bespoke training course for fraud investigators to ensure they are competent carrying out surveillance on Social Security Scotland benefit fraud cases and have a knowledge and understanding of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Scotland) Act (RIP(S)A) 2000.
