Supply of Innovation Facilitation Services to BIM Seafood Innovation Hub, Clonakilty, Co. Cork

BIM requires the provision of innovation facilitation and insight services to permit the delivery of effective innovation workshops and innovation Insights as part of the seafood innovation process to the Seafood Innovation Hub in Clonakilty, Co. Cork. The services are required for a three year period from Q3 of 2021 to Q3 of 2024. The following service and outputs will be required for the duration of the contract: • Preparation and delivery of workshops, presenting workshop insights, and the provision of workshop reports with recommended actions; • Development of innovation insights, the generation of insight statements, and the management of insight workshops to extract key insights from the research; • Support the BIM innovation team and BIM’s business development managers; • Innovation insights research, including web based, third-party commissioned reports, stakeholders and in-field surveys; • Undertake seafood client’s research requirements, and quality control the data and information gathered for accuracy and efficacy; • Develop unique points of view from the data; • Create visuals of insights point of view; • Support development of idea generation; • Write and compile research reports; • Identify new innovation spaces; • Scan for and support best practices on innovation insight development; and, • Advise on appropriate and evolving insight design criteria. The details above are indicative for each service delivery area and may vary throughout the duration of the contract. The service will be required to be delivered on a continuous basis throughout the duration of the contract. It is expected that the service delivery will require approximately 200 working days per year.
