<p>The Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations able to provide an off-the shelf treasury management system. Key requirements document attached. If you are interested in providing such a system to the Council, you should express your interest in this advert, and upload supporting material to the Soft Market Test event by the deadline. Supporting Material may include: outline service description / specification (system, implementation support, after sales service / ongoing support, exit support), breakdown of pricing options and ball-park annual cost, standard terms and conditions of contract, etc., whether you can provide this system through a framework agreement (such as Crown Commercial Service, ESPO, YPO, etc.). This is not a quotation exercise. The Council may use the information submitted to invite companies for further discussions, write a specification for a quotation exercise, or any other reason connected with the furtherance of the procurement of a Treasury Management System. Please include a statement with your submitted documents setting out what is to be treated as commercially sensitive, why, and for how long.
