Tender description
The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire will be inviting bids via the MOJ – Probation Dynamic Framework for Restorative Justice to establish a contract for Restorative Justice and Mediation Service for victims of crime in the Cheshire Constabulary policing area. The contract will also cover working with offenders within the criminal justice system either as clients to the National Probation Service or as an appropriate community resolution. To be invited to participate you will initially be required to submit a SQ response to the MOJ Dynamic Framework. All the details on how to join the Probation Dynamic Framework can be found in the attached documents. The MOJ onboarding process takes place on a platform called Jaggaer – please see the link to this below. Suppliers will need to apply and be onboarded by 5th January 2022. https://ministryofjusticecommercial.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html Suppliers who apply and are successful in their application to the MOJ Dynamic Framework will be invited to submit a bid/response, it is anticipated that invitations will be sent out no later than 10th January 2022 with responses required around the end of January 2022. The invitation and bidding process will be on the Bluelight e-tendering system. The minimum requirements of the PCC, is for a supplier to provide a solution incorporating a victim lead restorative practices approach including facilitation, and mediation services in a multi-agency setting for those in the Cheshire constabulary policing area who have been victims of crime. The contract will also cover working with offenders within the criminal justice system either as clients to the National Probation Service or as an appropriate out of court disposal. There is an expectation that the provider will enhance the utilisation of such practice across the County. For further information please see attached full advert.
