<p>Request for Quotation for the update of the character area descriptions and evaluations in Section 3 of Part 2 of the Character Assessment of Oxford in it’s Landscape Setting. Oxford City Council is undertaking work on the development of its new Local Plan covering the period 2020 – 2040.
