Provision of Landscape Maintenance Services

Tender description

The Royal Parks (TRP) is seeking to procure the provision of landscape maintenance services across the Royal Parks, with the exclusion of The Regent’s Park & Primrose Hill. The procurement has been divided into six (6) Lots as further detailed below. Bidders will be able to bid for all or any combination of Lots. Contracts will be awarded for an initial period of five (5) years with the option to extend for further two (2) years. Lot 1: Hyde Park The Royal Parks (TRP) is is seeking to procure landscape maintenance services in Hyde Park. Bidders should note that the following change is envisaged during the Contract Period. TPR shall have an option to terminate the Services being provided in respect of Brompton Cemetery at the end of the third year of the Contract on six months’ notice. It is not intended that the Services being provided at Kensington Gardens will be affected by this. Bidders should note that the following change is envisaged during the Contract Period. TRP may request that the Contractor provides an optional duty at Longford River, being additional services in respect of vegetation management and other soft landscaping services relating to river management at some point during the Contract Period.
