Eligibility: The Contracting authority is looking to recruit dedicated, professional M&E contractors, not builders or small works companies as part of its tendering process for fulfilment of this requirement. Prospective Bidders should demonstrate this via section 6 Technical Capability of Part A Stage 1 of the Eligibility Questions Supplier Return document contained within the tender documents.
