• Produce, event manage and broadcast a Recruitment / Jobs Fair with up to 35 businesses on a date to be confirmed in January/February 2022. • The event should be hosted and broadcast on a virtual platform, with appropriate security for data protection purposes. • Provision of a first-class virtual platform with the highest level of built in security features that will ensure the highest standards of safety and data protection. • The platform should have a Local Enterprise/USEFE branded design that is professional and polished and gives a sense of occasion. • The platform should be able to host up to 35 businesses and offer facilities to upload resumes, take appointments, cater for visitors on the day and allow each client business opportunity to engage with potential employees. • Offer a facility to host a seminar for attending companies if agreed with contracting body. The Successful tenderer will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the event to secure participation / registration for the event. The supplier will have a good knowledge of national and local media channels with established contacts. - Manage the events online presence preparing and implementing a social media plan with particular emphasis on registrations and grow social media traffic and ensuring an integrated approach with other marketing activity. - Management of all press activity and a proactive PR campaign to maximise media coverage through editorial, listings, and advertising.
