Planning Document -Preparation of a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) (Re-tender)

Milton Keynes Council has recently adopted a Supplementary Planning Document requiring the preparation of a Health Impact Assessment (HIA) as part of the planning application for certain developments (Class C2 developments and C3 residential developments in excess of 50 dwellings). The full policy is available here: Health Impact Assessment SPD 2021 - Milton Keynes Council (milton-keynes.gov.uk) As part of this process the public health team are required to review and comment on the HIA. The public health team wish to develop their skills and expertise in HIA to support this new role.
