Tender description
<p>Newark & Sherwood District Council require a folding bike hire service for Newark on Trent. The Council is publishing an Early Engagement Notice on Contracts Finder to determine whether there is a competitive market for these services. Other councils have found that there is only one supplier of these services and as a result have made a direct award to that supplier. Subject to the response to this process, the Council will either seek an exemption from their own Contract Procedure Rules and make a direct award on grounds of sole supplier or conduct a tender on the open market via the open procedure (sub threshold).</p> Keywords: Foldable bike, Folding bike, Folding bike hire
