Tender description
The Marine Institute, a semi State body, wishes to invite tenders for the supply of a Marine Research Infrastructures Access Programme Study. It is expected that the contract will run from 10th January 2022 to 31st March 2022. The Marine Institute, looking to implement key actions identified in the National Marine Research and Innovation Strategy, require a study to ensure that state support for marine research infrastructures meets Irish researchers needs for competing at an international level and participating fully in transnational research projects. The resulting report, including examples nationally and from other comparative countries, should provide detailed analysis involving stakeholder and end user engagement of existing access programmes for marine research infrastructures and scope an appropriate national marine research infrastructure access programme.
