This is a prior information notice to give advance notification to interested suppliers of stop smoking services that Tower Hamlets Council will be holding a virtual pre-tender market engagement event on Thursday 2nd December 2021 from 10am to 11.30am via MS Teams. This pre-tender market engagement seeks information in preparation for the potential procurement of suppliers for the delivery of tobacco cessation in Tower Hamlets. The objectives of this event are to: • Provide an overview of the proposed service models • Help define the requirement by receiving comments from potential suppliers • Help provide a better understanding of the level of market interest in regard to the requirement • Help understand the optimised approach, delivering a cost-effective and high quality service • Also provide suppliers with an opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns and any issues to be addressed Please register your interest if you wish to join the event, either through the Portal, or by sending an email to Jay.Bains@towerhamlets.gov.uk by COP 1st December 2021 quoting TH Tobacco Cessation Service Additional Information: Organisations wishing to express their interest are also requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the documentation will be available for download in the future.
