<p>The Government of Jersey Health & Community Services (HCS) is seeking information to develop its requirements regarding a solution for a Jersey Demographic Service. This Demographic Service shall enable the creation and management of a patient ‘Golden Record’ of demographic data and support the linking of health and care records across multiple systems where that patient is registered.
