Expression of Interest for Blackpool Transport Services Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure

This Expression of Interest (‘EoI’) has been compiled for BTS and provides information on BTS’s plans and ambitions to implement a fleet of electric buses and associated infrastructure. Blackpool Council, on behalf of Blackpool Transport Services (BTS) wishes to enter into exploratory dialogue and scoping discussions with organisations that have the capability and experience of working in such partnerships. This will enable the Council scope requirements, understand delivery models, market capability and assess the level of interest should it enter into a formal tender exercise. Please note that this is not a tender exercise and participation (or non-participation) in this market sounding and dialogue will confer no advantage or disadvantage should the Council, on behalf of BTS commence to a formal procurement process.
