Tender description

Event management software to manage event registrations for flagship student recruitment activity including the University Open Days. Award without competition under reg 6(1)(b)(ii) (Competition is absent for technical reasons) of the The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016 Analysis of the University’s event management and hosting tools has surfaced a complex set of requirements for both the student recruitment function and the wider University. Indeed the potential for synergies extends beyond our event tooling to include email marketing and CRM solutions. The University requires to explore this holistically, so an extension of the current contract with Gecko is being undertaken, to enable a co-ordinated procurement approach in 2023.
