Environmental Impact Assessment Framework to allow the Contracting Entity to engage with specialists to provide EIA services for renewables project. Lot 1: The contracting entity wish to procure EIA consultancy services for a series of renewables project in Ireland. The Ivalua registration process is as follows: -Go to the EDF Procurement Portal homepage https://pha.edf.com/page.aspx/fr/usr/login In the top right hand corner click on the pull-down menu and change “Francais to to “Anglais” Click on “New Supplier?
