Tender description
Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust invites tender submissions under Lot 2 of NHS Commercial Solutions' Digital Dictation, Outsourced Transcription & associated Services Framework Agreement (OJEU Ref: 2018/S 099-226228) Lot 2: In-house and outsourced digital dictation service solution, the provider will supply a solution for an end-to-end digital dictation service that is locally hosted and operated within the Trust environment or externally hosted. This service will include but not limited to – a. Supply installation and configuration of Hardware and Software, Servers and client machines, interfacing and integration; b. Training; c. Support and maintenance services; d. Consultancy; and/or e. Onsite admin support;
