Developing Better Environmental Processes

Tender description

Highways England SES Environment Group require support to review the company's environmental management procedures and provide recommendations on the merit of implementing an Environmental Management System or similar improvements. Highways England anticipate this being made up of the following steps; - Review the company's current environmental management processes and procedures across all aspects of the business. - Review against legal/policy compliance - Identify any gaps or key risks - Recommend actions to address identified risks - Recommend whether a formal EMS or equivalent is required to address any issues identified. - Provide support to project sponsor with any related companywide briefing as required e.g. Exec papers, presentations to DfT etc.
