<p>Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) are seeking to appoint a Social Value expert to help inform how we deliver our Social Value Framework. The overall objective for this piece of work is to:</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a social value assessment methodology that LCRCA can use annually to monitor our progress and impact</li> <li>Provide advice on the coverage and format of data and information collection to support the analysis</li> <li>Leave the LCRCA with a toolkit to use to compile a robust and comparable annual Social Value assessment on an on-going basis.</li> </ul> Keywords: Audit, Social, Consultancy, Consultant, Social Value
