Tender description
There is a need to conduct some public facing communications work around Licensing which will begin with pilots in Liverpool, Cheshire West & Chester and Wirral. Hitch Marketing conducted the initial work including developing a website and stakeholder engagement prior to the pandemic. They hold all the campaign assets and knowledge to continue this project. The proposal is for them to conduct research and update the messages/creative.
