Tender description

The Association is looking to appoint suitably qualified contractors to undertake cleaning of its common area, stairwells, landings within specified areas of its housing stock. Lot 1: Common area cleaning 2021-2024 - Lot 1 Aberdeenshire South/West The overall purpose of the contract is to provide a clean, tidy and well-maintained communal areas on behalf of Langstane Housing Association that reflects customer need and good environmental practice. All work shall consequently be carried out and programmed in such a way as to leave the site well maintained and in tidy, clean condition at all times. Lot 2: Common area cleaning 2021-2021 - Lot 2 Aberdeen The overall purpose of the contract is to provide a clean, tidy and well-maintained communal areas on behalf of Langstane Housing Association that reflects customer need and good environmental practice.
