The Provision of an outcomes-led approach and evidence methods of measuring success against Alcohol and Drugs related outcomes Lot 1: West Lothian Drug and Alcohol Partnership, (WLADP) wishes to appoint a Provider who is able to develop and implement an innovative, persistent assertive outreach, outcome-based service model to specific groups using evidence based effective interventions and output based milestones. The Provider will need to demonstrate an understanding of the outcomes-led approach and evidence methods of measuring success against these outcomes. This approach specifically allows the Provider to develop and present its recommended outputs and activities designed to achieve the outcomes listed in the specification.
