Tender description

This tender is intended to give the interested construction partners, an opportunity to tender for appointment as the contractor for the development of 131 new homes, associated highway, lighting, drainage infrastructure and public open space at Grange Park, Blackpool. The overarching aim of this project is to “provide new residential development that improves the housing stock within the Borough, providing good quality homes that help to build communities and stabilise lives through the creation of positive places to live”. Lot 1: This tender is intended to give the interested construction partners, an opportunity to tender for appointment as the contractor for the development of 131 new homes, associated highway, lighting, drainage infrastructure and public open space at Grange Park, Blackpool. Site A: Construction of 53 dwelling houses for social rent External works to all housing plots along with new and improved roads and footpaths, landscaping, drainage attenuation and public open space. Site B: Construction of 78 dwelling houses for social rent External works to all residential plots along with new and improved roads and footpaths, landscaping, drainage attenuation, public open space and a children’s play area.
