Tender description

Window and door replacement works to properties in West Lothian. Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a single contractor for the design, supply and installation of replacement windows and doors and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is anticipated that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for Year 1 works, will include 122Nr properties for replacement windows and 55Nr properties for door replacements. Subsequent orders may be issued at the Associations discretion. Notwithstanding the above, the appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with the provider.
