Tender description

This ITT is to establish single supplier framework agreements per lot for the provision of; Equipment Storage, Document Storage and Consumables / Chemical storage for both standard and GMP items. With the requirement being diverse across the standard and GMP ranges, we have split the framework into sub lots to allow for separate submissions for standard and GMP provision as it is envisaged that a separate location would be provided from bidders to enable simplified storage for the standard requirements with higher level of requirements for GMP provision. Lot 1 – Equipment Storage Lot 1.1 – Standard Equipment Storage Lot 1.2 – GMP Equipment Storage Lot 2 – Document Storage Lot 2.1 – Standard Document Storage Lot 2.2 – GMP Document Storage Lot 3 – Consumable & Chemical Storage Lot 3.1 – Standard Consumables & Chemical Storage Lot 3.2 – GMP Consumables & Chemical Storage Lot 1: 1.1 Standard Equipment Storage Lot 1.1 is for the provision of intermediate and long-term storage of assets. The intention is for current assets in storage locations under contract to remain in situ and be assessed as to the longer term required prior to either disposal/sale or movement to any new premises as agreed as a result of this framework. Lot 2: 1.2 - GMP Equipment Storage Lot 1.2 is for the provision of intermediate and long-term storage of GMP equipment. Lot 3: 2.1 - Standard Document Storage CPI is looking to implement a framework for the provision of document storage and records Management. The framework will provide a full end to end records management solution including but not limited to document storage/retrieval, Box/File handling services, Transition, End-of-Life Disposal, Scanning and Digitalisation for standard documentation. Lot 4: 2.2 - GMP Document Storage CPI is looking to implement a framework for the provision of document storage and records Management. The framework will provide a full end to end records management solution including but not limited to document storage/retrieval, Box/File handling services, Transition, End-of-Life Disposal, Scanning and Digitalisation. Lot 5: 3.1 - Standard Consumables & Chemical Storage CPI is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of standard consumables / chemicals storage. Lot 6: 3.2 - GMP Consumables & Chemical Storage CPI is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of GMP Chemicals / Consumables to allow CPI to operate a buffer stock holding for key materials on long lead times allowing CPI to order in advance for delivery to the store for subsequent call off and delivery to site as and when required.
