01970 Provision of Telephony Services for SPS Establishments

Tender description

The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) will be seeking a service provider to install a modern cloud based telephony service (hardware and software) into all of its Establishments. The service provider will be responsible for providing the cabling infrastructure, telephone handsets and a cloud based operating system to manage the service. Lot 1: The SPS intends to contract with a service provider (on a long term basis) to install a cloud based telephony service into every SPS Establishment. The centrally controlled system will allow users to make secure telephone calls from the privacy of their own accommodation. In addition, the service provider will provide a system which meet the SPS specific functional requirements. This will include a secure login facility, the ability to only make outbound calls, call costing, charging and accounting for billing purposes, call logging, etc. For more information please contact the SPS directly.
