Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for the supply and maintenance of a Communications Infrastructure for Head Office, Waterford Training Centre and Dungarvan sub office to include provision of Fixed Voice, SIP, VOIP and Hosted Services . WWETB is looking to migrate to a single Cloud/VOIP telephony solution for the following sites: Ardcavan HQ, Dungarvan Sub Office and Waterford Training Centre. The supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and support of all hardware, software and licences required for a VoIP solution to initial sites Ardcavan HQ, Dungarvan Sub Office and Waterford Training Centre. WWETB may have a requirement to provide the telephony service to other centres/schools under the duration of the contract. The solution provided should be capable of supporting up to 1500 users across multiple locations, and a customer service centre across two locations. Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board wish to put in place a contract for a primary provider of fixed voice and VoIP services. This will include Fixed Voice, SIP, VoIP and Hosted Services (i.e. local, national and international calls), installation, configuration, support, maintenance, billing, and repairs. Tenderers are also required to detail how they would peer with Government Networks. Management services such as allocation of DDI (Direct Dial-In) numbers, switching and termination.
