SBHA is seeking a supplier to provide Gas & Electricity to homes as they become empty. SBHA wish to enter into a Contract with a Utility supplier to supply gas and electricity via domestic tariffs to any of our domestic properties as they become void. Some of which may be transferred into the name of SBHA for a period of time, such as may be the case with long term void properties. It is SBHA’s intention to award a contract to a single Supplier for the entire SBHA domestic void stock. The number of voids in the scheme is likely to vary throughout the Contract term, dependent upon the uptake of lets, demand for housing and the size of the housing portfolio, however as a guide the average void rate is c700 properties p.a.
