In summary, the Goods and Services and Services comprise the provision of a Ticketing, Marketing & CRM System. The Medieval Trust is seeking a database solution for Dublinia to provide a ticketing, marketing and CRM system which can drive its web sales and social media strategies, handle all ticketing, schools/group bookings, and act as the Front of House (FOH) software solution for tickets and Point-of-Sale in the shop.
