Tender description
Derry City and Strabane District Council require a boat store at its site at Prehen Boat House, Victoria Road, Waterside, Derry City. Specification The project entails the erection of a profiled metal boat store with a pitched roof and metal frame on a concrete base cast on the ground within an existing fenced compound at the boat house car park area. The boat store will have a pedestrian access door and a heavy duty steel electrically operated roller shutter door. The unit will have natural ventilation and a single phase basic electrical installation. The floor will be a concrete floor with a slip resistant resin based floor paint. Rainwater is to discharge above ground to soak a way to avoid excavations. Please refer to CfT Document for further detail.
