<p>The Council is undertaking a market engagement to help inform its options for the future award of a licence for a vendor to sell food / beverages / ice cream within the parks of St Helens. With this in mind the Council requests that potential vendors register on The-Chest portal, review the Park Facilities 2021 information and complete / return the Questionnaire V1 via The-Chest portal no later than 12 noon on the 29th November 2021.
