Roof Repairs - Southbourne CRS

Repairs to damaged and leaking roof at Southbourne CRS. Health and safety of CROs on site are being affected. Urgent repair works necessary. Contractor to provide scaffolding, replace damaged tiles on roof, clean gutters on completion, redecorate training room office on completion and replace damaged plasterboard and decorate on completion. Interserve have now been to site twice to fix both leaks in the roof at this site - a different team each time and both leaks are still ongoing every time it rains. Scaffolding must be erected each time works are carried out on the roof at this site, and we no longer have any faith that Interserve have the capability to fix the roof. So, this repair work has already been paid for twice which has proved unsuccessful. We recently decorated the inside of this building, and the new paintwork is being damaged to the extent that the ceiling now needs to be repaired.
