SITE CONTACT FOR QUERIES: Mike Williams Estates Manager (Operations) PRH Email: mike.williams15@nhs.net Tel: 01952 641222 Ext: 4255 REQUIREMENTS: The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust would like bids to survey and produce HTM 02 approved as fitted and isometric drawings of the complete medical gas infrastructure for both the Royal Shrewsbury and Princess Royal Hospitals (not including the Shropshire Women & Children's Centre). The drawings should be in both black + white and full colour versions, in CAD format originals and PDF Versions, and link to MICAD. Drawings should be based on the existing site plans provided by the Trust. We would require 2 printed sets in A0 or A1 in colour for each site. The drawings should include: • all items of Medical Gas plant/locations with key data (manifold sizes, simplex/duplex etc) • complete pipework installation including pipe sizes • all terminal units with gas i.d. • all Line Service Valves (LSF) • all Area Valve Service Units (AVSU) • title block/dated • summary/Index of drawings • drawing symbols/key - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA309491.
