The object of this Voluntary Ex Ante Transparency (VEAT) Notice is to inform the market that Dublin City Council have entered into a contract with Royal Berkshire Fire Service in accordance with Article 32.2 (C) of Directive 2014/24/EU for the purchase of a pre-owned Hydraulic Platform.This is also a Contract Award Notice of this purchase The purchase of this vehicle was necessary due to extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseen by Dublin Fire Brigade and in accordance with the strict conditions stated by the directive.
