Provision of SAP Build and Implementation Support for the HSE's Integrated Financial Management System

Tender description

The HSE is implementing a new Finance Operating Model underpinned by a single Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) built on an SAP S/4HANA ERP platform. The HSE has completed the design phase of the IFMS and is now seeking an SI Partner to support the Build and Implementation phases of the project. The HSE intends to use a Competitive Process with Negotiation under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016). The HSE is planning to issue a Request to Participate (RTP) December. Prior to the formal commencement of the procurement process the HSE will hold a market briefing on November 22nd 2021 by way of an online video conference. Interested organisations are invited to express an interest in attending the meeting by way of an eTenders message. Tenderers are not required to make any submissions in advance of the Market Briefing.
