Property Condition Surveys and Intelligent CAD Plans for Flintshire County Council

Tender description

Services are required to carry out Condition Surveys including Mechanical & Electrical and CAD drawings on the whole Corporate Property Portfolio, which comprises of circa 300 properties varying in size up to 30,000m² over an area of approximately 168 square miles. The purpose of the survey is collecting information on the condition of the Corporate Property Building Portfolio in order to improve the management of the Authority’s building stock (excluding housing) through a process of property review and remedial works. It is mandatory that the information is to be collected in a format that will integrate with the Corporate Asset Management Software used by the Authority, which is Technology Forge, including CAD integration. Ideally, FCC would want the new service provider to have a Tf licence so that remote access can be provided to them for downloading purposes directly into our Tf Software. All Condition Surveys will be undertaken by a multi-disciplinary team of qualified and experienced Building Surveyors, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers and CAD Specialists. Survey estimates for work must be in accordance with current BICS prices.
