Tender description

Digital Catapult is looking to appoint a number of experienced, reliable Suppliers to provide upon request expert procurement guidance and support in full compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The awarded Suppliers must have proven experience on working on a complex and high-value projects, and an expertise to assist if requested on every step of a full procurement cycle. The services may include, but not to be limited to: Developing adequate and compliant procurement strategy/plan; Advising on pre-procurement activities and potential risks; Developing and reviewing documents (e.g. Contract Notice, SQ, RFQ, RFP, ITT); Drafting selection and award criteria; Supporting Supplier selection and evaluation process; Leading or helping with clarification meetings; Leading or helping with moderation sessions; Drafting or reviewing award letters, etc. Type of projects for which Digital Catapult is more likely to request procurement consultancy includes but not limited to the following: Non-standard and specialist hardware and software equipment; System integration; Customized audio-visual solutions; Immersive technologies equipment; Cloud hosting, data storage; Documents and full details can be found by following the provided myTenders link.
