Portview Belfast Limited - Professional Services Framework 2022 to 2024

PLEASE NOTE THAT BELFAST CITY COUNCIL IS NOT THE LEAD ON THIS PROJECT. THIS PROJECT IS BEING HOSTED BY BELFAST CITY COUNCIL ON BEHALF OF PORTVIEW TRADE CENTRE. Portview Belfast Limited requires a range of professional and technical (P&T) services providers to support the development of their Portview site off the Newtownards Road in Belfast. They propose to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of two years with option to extend for three further periods of twelve months up to a maximum potential Framework life of five years. The estimated total value of these P&T services is in the region of £1m based on an overall development forecast of £20m. It should be noted that this Framework Agreement provides no guarantee of business until it is concluded by individual contracts for specific work packages. The proposed Lots within the Framework will include: Architecture, Structural & Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, Quantity Surveying and Interpretive Planning and Design Services. Any clarifications during the tender process should be emailed through via the messaging portal on eSourcingNI no later than Monday 20thDecember 2021. Please note: all clarification responses will be copied to all organisations who downloaded tender documents. Tenders must be submitted electronically on the eSourcingNI Portal no later than 12pm on Friday the 7th January 2022.
