People & Organisational Development (OD) Information Management System - Replacement Solution

Our current People & OD System has been in place for a number of years. It has worked well for the service, but ARK feel it is time for this system to be replaced with a more modern IT and system management approach to People & OD. The People and Organisational Development function in Ark which includes Human Resources, Payroll and Learning and Development has been through a lot of changes over the past few years. The current systems we have in place and are no longer fit for purpose in order for the teams to have the management information that they need to drive the business forward. Ark is seeking a Management Information System that can provide the following critical business functionality: - An ability to plan and manage staff recruitment and onboarding of employees into Ark - Flexible reporting capabilities; - User friendliness of the system. - Management of employees across the organisation. - Key HR, Payroll and L&D reporting. The system must be secure and personal data contained within the system protected in compliance with UK Data Protection requirements, including the future requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
