Refurbishment of Carrick 2 Ward within Holywell Hospital. Works shall involve partial demolitions of entrance, creation of an external courtyard area, creation of various internal rooms, anti barricade doors, redecoration, internal lighting and modifications, modifications to plumbing, heating and ventilation services as required.
