Tender description

The Services comprise Media Planning and Buying Services for Public Information Notices and Recruitment Advertising on behalf of the public sector. The Framework will deliver a modern, value added service and will achieve measurable cost savings with no compromise on quality and effectiveness of advertising. The Service will be responsive to individual Framework Clients’ unique needs and environment, while serving the best interest of each Framework Client respectively. It is anticipated that the Service will commence in December 2021. Further details are set out in the RFT Appendix 1: Requirements and Specifications. Lot 1: The Services comprise Media Planning and Buying Services for Public Information Notices and Recruitment Advertising on behalf of the public sector. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of 3 such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The Term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
