<p>To take the content on a website and use this to create a tool kit. Functional Requirements The supplier should: • Extract all MECC website resources • Undertake a professional review of the existing resources and determining whether they are still relevant and comply with the current practice of MECC implementation and delivery • Undertake a literature review for additional MECC resources to be added to the toolkit, including up to date case studies • Structure the content in the user-friendly way so that the number of “clicks” to find a resource are minimised • Include renewed case studies in the toolkit • Consider inclusion of resources from HEE West Midlands: Making Every Contact Count | West Midlands Learning (hee.nhs.uk) in the toolkit • Consider feedback from the Task and Finish Group.</p> Keywords: Web tool kit, Making every contact count
