LHP340 Asset Option Appraisal Project

Tender description

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a Community Benefit Society and a Registered Provider of social housing which owns and manages approximately 12,200 properties in the Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire area, serving over 20,000 residents. LHP has identified through its Asset Performance Assessment a number of Sheltered Schemes that are not performing as well as others in terms of the financial return. This is largely due to the investment required to bring them up to the required quality standard or because there is little or no demand for accommodate of that type in that area. LHP is seeking a consultant to carry out a standard form of option appraisal on 7 assets. Attached as Appendix 4 is the list of properties requiring option appraisal. The agreed format for the option appraisal reports will be agreed between LHP and service provider.
