We are currently in the process of a fast-paced digital transformation. We expect our supply chain to support us in these changes, and to assist us in addressing any training or development gaps which are identified in the future. The purpose of the contract is to ensure that employees are: Competent and proficient with digital tools, both commercial off the shelf and bespoke tools Able to access engaging learning products to enable them to maximise the use of existing and new technologies efficiently and effectively focused on continuously adopting new ways of working and they develop their skills on the digital technology they have available to them The supplier must be able to provide all courses on this list themselves or via an accredited partner. The supplier must be a Microsoft Gold Partner. 2.1.1 Bespoke/customised courses and wider scope Microsoft Office training needs may change over time as training providers become more proficient with online learning methods.
