Five Lots have been awarded. Lot 6 was not awarded. Lot 1: Minor Works - North Hertfordshire This is an Award Notice and this opportunity is now closed.Hertfordshire County Council ("the Council") had requirement for a Grounds Maintenance Minor Works Service. This service comprises of five main contract package areas (referred to as Lots) and this Lot is for North Hertfordshire. There will be regular, allocated work within each Lot. The Contract has been awarded for an initial term of four years, with the option to extend the Contract up to two further years. The value of each Lot may change as sites leave or are added to the Contract. Lot 2: Minor Works - East Hertfordshire This is an Award Notice and this opportunity is now closed.Hertfordshire County Council ("the Council") had a requirement for a Grounds Maintenance Minor Works Service. This service comprises of five main contract package areas (referred to as Lots) and this Lot is for East Hertfordshire. There will be regular, allocated work within each Lot.
