Hackney Education Cloud Based School MIS and Finance System

Hackney Education is inviting tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified vendors for the provision of a cloud based MIS & Finance System for schools in the borough. Hackney Education intends to procure a cloud based system that conforms to the following principles: Scalable - The system can easily be scaled and not constrained by local infrastructure. The system is continuously improved as per customer requirements in an agile manner and integrates seamlessly with other systems. Flexible - The system can be accessed via multiple platforms such as Mobile devices and from anywhere with an internet connection. Usable - The system interface is intuitive and provides a rich and 'easy to use' user experience. Secure - The system has appropriate security to safeguard personal data and the reputation of the organisation and is accessible during an organisation business continuity event. A Framework Contract will be awarded to one single vendor. The contract will be established for an initial duration of 24 months, with the option to extend for up to 24 further months at the Council's discretion. The contract is anticipated to begin on 1st November 2021, inclusive of an initial 3 month implementation period.
