The main outputs of the review will be:  a detailed review of the existing offer  identification of areas for improvement within our existing offer  identification of gaps in our existing offer  recommendation of additional support that could be offered  best practice in the delivery of a range of potential products  a detailed review of process focusing on the customer journey  recommendations of improvements to process  cost benefit analysis of investing in supporting independent living and a business case for further investment Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
