GB-Bristol: Project management and technical advice services for the Whinlatter Hydro Project

NOTE: This notice was updated on 30 November 2021 for the following reason: Deadline extended to 14th Deccember.(Project management and technical advice services for the Whinlatter Hydro Project. The Consultant needs to provide expertise and experience in the following: •An understanding of Hydro Electric Construction schemes, including utilities components. •Sites in rural locations. •Working with NEC4 ECC, including experience of the Project Manager role, Supervisor role and contract dispute resolution. •Work on public sector projects. •A detailed understanding of CDM. •Understanding of public procurement. •An understanding of carbon reduction strategies for similar projects •Chartered civil/structural engineering experience •Chartered mechanical and electrical engineering experience •Chartered cost consultancy experience.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
